Guaranteed - These students are guaranteed a seat in the course. When you call, we will assist you to find a guaranteed seat. If you register online, you can choose a spot in a guaranteed seat . Important: Please arrive 15 minutes early for the first class. Late arrivals will be considered a “no show” and will not be permitted to participate in the class and must wait 21 days to register again and on a space available basis, so come early to secure your seat. It is also important for you to show up at least 15 minutes early for the remaining days of your class. This will allow you minimum preparation to start each class on time.

Alternate Students - Alternates register for the course and must attend the first night of class to check on availability. Alternates will be accepted into the class in the order they registered as seats become available if guaranteed students do not show up. Many of our guaranteed students do not call to cancel. Therefore a high percentage of alternates are accepted into the course.  Odds are in your favor.

Walk-in - Anyone can walk into a class on the first night of the course.  Guaranteed students are accepted into the course, then alternates are accepted and if there are spaces remaining the RiderCoach will accept walk-ins into the course. This position is on a "first come, first served" basis. Please tell the RiderCoach you would like to be a walk-in for the course as soon as you arrive.  Many times, walk-ins are accepted into a class.  When you walk into a class, please cancel any other classes you are registered in.
